とは資格がありBigTranslationによって慎重に選ばれた専門家である。
顧客としてBigTranslationのウェブサイトへアクセスや登録を行った際、貴方は追って詳細が示される取引条件を容認したとする。第三者又は企業を代表して注文を行った際、貴方はそれらの法定代理人とし、その時点で容認責任は貴方が代表するその企業又は第三者にある事を報告する。

多くの場合、BigTranslationは翻訳サービスに集中し、顧客に原本の内容に基づいて選定した言語を異なる言語で入手可能にする。弊社の翻訳者はネイティブであり、各業務で原本の用語類型を維持する事に注意を払っている。
弊社の校正サービスは朗読によって用語、文法と語形変化のミス、また句読点の基準の整合性を確認する。構成、形式、統合性及びレイアウトはこのサービスに含まれない。
転写に関しては、顧客が転写を希望する録音物を注意深く書面で翻訳し、常に情報の秘密を保護します。BigTranslationは適切な校正を妨げる雑音を含む事が多いため、録画物の内容を確認し、プロジェクトの引受を判断する。
利用者は暗証番号の秘密を守り適切に利用する責任を持ち、許可されない第三者のアクセスを避ける。
本ウェブサイトを通じて提供されるサービスの契約には利用者の様々な情報が要求される。それらの要求の目的は適切な状況で契約と契約したサービスの実施を可能にする事である。利用者は要求され申請した情報の真実性、完全性と正確性に責任があり、またそれらに影響を与える如何なる内容の変更を可能なだけ早く通知する事を約束する。それにより、提供者が不正確又は旧情報を持つ事で発生する問題が避けられる。

翻訳するプロジェクト内容は翻訳者に必要な支援ファイル同様に顧客によって弊社のプラットフォームを通して提供される。内容は正確で、BigTranslation が使用する形式を守り、ウイルス・フリーで暗号化されていない必要がある。プロジェクトのファイルに含まれるエラーはBigTranslation の責任にならない。
翻訳者との直接連絡は明確に禁じられているため、如何なる場合、それらのファイルに顧客の連絡情報を含めてはならない。しかし、注文の際に翻訳者が参考にする必要がある支持を含めても良い。
顧客は注文をするには最初にプラットフォームに登録し、料金申請するために指定された手順を行う。注文が確認され、プロジェクトが翻訳者にアサインされた時点にはキャンセル及び返金の申請は行えない。
プロジェクトの準備が整った時点で顧客欄にプロジェクトが使用可能であるメッセージが送信され、直接ファイルのダウンロードが可能になる。
プロジェクトの複雑さ、量及び利用できる翻訳者の都合等の諸条件が含まれるため、プラットフォームに示された納品期限は予定であり、目安である。
そのため、BigTranslationは如何なる期限を確実に約束できないが、可能な限り作業期間の短縮のために必要な事を行う。
プロジェクトの納品形式は送信された原本と同じとする。
プロジェクトの料金は注文の際にプラットフォームに示される。基準となる通貨はユーロ(€)とする。
弊社のプラットフォームでの支払い方法は銀行振込、クレジットカードやPayPal とする。
銀行振込の場合、弊社の銀行で支払が確認されるまでプロジェクトは開始されない。
BigTranslationはクレジットカードと招待型PayPal決済(PayPalのアカウント又は登録も必要ない)も扱っている。
PayPalを支払い方法をして選択した場合、インターネット上で最も安全な支払いプラットフォームである以外に、貴方のクレジットカード又はデビットカード又は銀行口座に支払いをリンクする事が可能である。
又、銀行振込によって貴方自身の財布をチャージでき、残高を新たな注文に使用できる。コントロールパネルには使用履歴が表示され、貴方の銀行口座又はPayPalに残高の振込(最低300 €)が可能である。とても便利で追加料金は発生しない。
プロモーション・コードを所持する場合、3ヵ月間有効である。
BigTranslationでの全ての注文はその他の法的条件も含み、スペイン国と共同の現行規定に従う。BigTranslationは共同体間NIF-IVA (Intracomunitario)を所持し、EUに所属する諸国に在住し、VAT番号を所有する顧客による注文にはVAT の支払いは免除される。そのためには弊社のシステムがVIES プラットフォーム上でVAT 番号を確認する事が絶対必要条件である。スペイン国に請求住所がある顧客に対しては注文時のVAT に相当した料金が請求される。
顧客は顧客欄から請求書をダウンロードでき、毎月10日、20日と30日に利用可能である。
顧客はアカウントの終了を弊社の連絡用紙によって何時でも申請できる。この方法のみが有効である。
